How to order?

  1. Sign up as member & update all the details such as name, phone number, billing address and shipping address
  2. Find the products you want, select the color/size you want, and add to the shopping cart.
  3. After finalize all the products, you may proceed to checkout.
  4. Please double confirm the delivery person’s name, phone number and shipping address.
  5. You may make the payment via bank transfer to Sweetie Baby bank account as below:

     Bank Name: Maybank Islamic

  1. You need to send us the payment receipt via email – mail.sweetiebaby@gmail.com

The Payment Methods

For the time being, we only accept payment via bank transfer. FPX and credit card payment gateway will be available on our platform in the near future.

How long will it take to get my parcel?

We will process your order on the next working day after you purchased and made the payment. Once we have processed your order, you will be able to receive the delivery to your doorstep within one week time.

How to track?

Once your order is shipped, you can track your order in your account to see where the location of your goods is.

What if the item ordered successfully but out of stock in our warehouse?

Our customer service will email/call you and tell you that the item(s) are out of stock.  You may choose to cancel the order and refund, or change it to another color/pattern.

If you want to exchange to other product(s), you may need to cancel the order first. And re-order for the product(s) you want. This is to lower down the mistake of redundant orders and ensure that you can get your desired products.

More than a week, but I still did not receive the parcel since it has shipped out?

Please contact us via email or whatapps. We will do inspection on your order/parcel and update you as soon as possible. Sometimes the parcels will be delayed due to peak/festival season such as Chinese New Year, Selamat Hari Raya, or some unforseen events, such as MCO.

Warranty, Exchange, Return & Refund

We do not provide warranty for the products sold on the platform.

However you are allowed to exchange for a new one if you found that there is manufacturing defect on our product(s). You need to update us via email or social media within 24 hours after you have received the product(s). You may send us the receipt, the defect(s), and the tracking slip. We will arrange the exchange for you within a week time.

There are NO returns and refunds after the purchase has made.

However, we accept if you request to exchange within 3 days after receiving the product(s).

There are some requirements to be fulfilled for the exchange:

  • The exchange cannot be accepted if the product(s) have worn, stained or washed.
  • The exchanged product(s) must be return in its original packaging, unused, not damaged and in re-saleable condition together with any associated accessories and documentation.
  • All exchanged items will have to be sent to us at customer’s own cost and risk. Customers will have to bear the delivery charges incurred when returning the goods.
  • We’re highly recommended that the exchange product(s) sent via courier service to our warehouse in order to provide you with a tracking slip.
  • We will not be held any responsible for loss or product(s) damaged when it is on the way back for an exchange.
  • Please pack the exchange product(s) in a properly way because we do not hope that product(s) damaged in transit.

NON-RETURNABLE / NON-EXCHANGEABLE SECTION

  • Minor loose threads, irregular fold or wrinkle produced by crumpling, color may differ slightly from the pictures shown in our website.
  • Item design is slightly different from the picture displayed (e.g. the pattern)
  • The exchange is not allowed if the size measurement differs ranging from 1-3cm.
  • Sales clearance item is not exchangeable unless it is a manufactured defective item.
  • Please take note that all measurement , color shown are for reference purposes only, sometimes it might be slightly different in 1-3cm, and the color shown on different type of monitors may have slightly differences. If you are very particular on this, you reserve the right of not order from us to avoid further dispute and argument.
